It is extremely important that your drive is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Careful packaging will ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.
If you send your disk to us for an Attempt at Data Recovery we will guarantee you we will do everything possible to recover your data for you as quickly and as best as possible.
To send your hard disk to us pack your disk/media and include your business card or your contact details on paper as well as a short description of the problem.
Simply send in your damaged hard disk drive and we will determine exactly what is wrong with your drive. When we determined the problem within 2-7 hours of receipt of your hard drive, we will immediately reply, or send by fax or e-mail true costs for your data recovery.
When shipping hard disk for recovery, it is very important that your disk or Raid array is packaged carefully to avoid any mechanical damage during shipment. It will insure a safe delivery of your media to one of our facilities Pack the media in a box at least twice the size of the disk, using foam, or any anti-shock material. This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.
Please ship disk to the location nearest to you.
If possible, wrap the drive in an anti-static bag.
1. Pack the drive in a box twice the size of the drive, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material.
2. Please fill out the evaluation (available in PDF and DOC formats) form as thoroughly as possible, print it and include a copy with your package.
3. For RAID systems, please include the external RAID controller card.
